Alert Wildfire

In partnership with Tahoe Prosperity Center and University of Nevada Reno, please join us in expanding the network of life-saving AlertWildfire.org cameras to the West Shore of Lake Tahoe.

Currently there are operational cameras looking for wildfires on the West Shore placed in Alpine Meadows, Dollar Point, Homewood and Palisades, but the upper Blackwood Canyon area is a concerning blind spot.

Tahoe Wood

Tahoe Wood supports local wood utilization, small-scale manufacturing, and regional collaboration to foster healthier forests, resilient communities, and a more connected, regenerative economy.

A local wood economy turns this challenge into opportunity by connecting forest restoration with small-scale manufacturing, local entrepreneurship, and regional supply chains that keep value rooted in place.
